Clos du Littoral- Phase 3 Nautica Villas
Nautica Villas, an eco-friendly collection, aims to minimize pollution and energy losses, utilizing sustainable materials and optimizing natural ventilation. MEP design by IDEA Consultants Ltd. focuses on reducing energy and water consumption, with construction set to commence in April 2024. IDEA Consultants also provided civil and structural consultancy services for this project.
